Hillbilly Hut provides a very friendly and relaxed environment away from the hussle and bussle of the city where you can enjoy your music experience.

It is located on the Central Coast of NSW, more commonly referred to as 'Hillbilly Heaven' the home of many successful Australian Country Music professionals such as Kasey Chambers, Rod and Jeff McCormack, Beccy Cole, Adam Harvey and Gina Jeffreys.

The likes of Beccy Cole, Adam Harvey, Travis Collins and Buddy Goode have all recorded with Simon at Hillbilly Hut.
